Mimi's Fresh Salsa



Ingredients:
  • 2 large Roma Tomatoes, cut in half
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 teaspoons granulated onion
  • 1/2 medium onion, cut in half
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 small bunch cilantro
  • 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/8 – 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • Cayenne Pepper (optional)


Preparation:
Put all ingredients in blender or food processor and blend until the desired consistency. 
Chill and serve.
