Mimi's Fresh Salsa
Ingredients:
- 2 large Roma Tomatoes, cut in half
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 2 teaspoons granulated onion
- 1/2 medium onion, cut in half
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 small bunch cilantro
- 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 – 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- Cayenne Pepper (optional)
Preparation:
Put all ingredients in blender or
food processor and blend until the desired consistency.
Chill and serve.
